After many years of following works of various governmental organizations in North America, and globally to a lesser degree, somewhat from afar, it seems the Dumont Police Department in Dumont, New Jersey must have very good leadership.nNine times out of ten when one comes into contact with a Dumont Police Officer the officer seems courteous, knowledgeable, level-headed and oriented towards the well-being of community and all of it's people.nIn a time when so many departments have their cars and logos blacked-out, the Dumont Police Department is driving nice clearly-marked white vehicles.nThese good qualities from the department do not appear to be a situation where good community behavior by the police officers is a sign of weakness; most likely the opposite is true. The laziest bunch of cops I’ve ever seen... they literally don’t do anything to help situations when you go there for help. Worse police department dont go there if you need real life help. Play cops
