Yonkers Police Department - 2nd Precinct

A police car has blocked the driveway entrance into the building I live. No sign, no one in the car, it’s been 20mins already. Called the precinct, he says we have to wait until the policeman comes. Car ID 202. -just because it’s a police car, no action can be taken, I have to waste my day here for this car to go.

Great place to get locked up. Staff was respectful and professional answered all my questions and got me released with no problems. Walking distance to bus stop and plenty of nearby places to eat.

I went there with a order of protection stating the it was violated. I felt like a criminal instead of a law abiding citizen. I waited an hour and no one was there to take my report. Horrible. When waiting for an hour, the desk officer seemed agitated when I ask if someone will be coming to take my report. I left there feeling worst then when I came. This is not a one sheriff town. Where the hell was everyone. Disgusting. The cuty of Yonkers better look into this.

Date : july 7,2018nTime : 4:06pm and 5:50pmnI called around this time to file a report and for them to come and see what was the issue. I waited and nothing yet so i decided to go myself to the prescient around 7pm. Mind you they had my number and my message the first time i called and how they were going to come but nothing. So once i get there im talking to an officer and he comes and check what is my problem but he started asking questions to see if there was a foul play but as he kept on questioning us his questions got dumber and dumber. Or probably he didnt want to help because he was busy watching the soccer game. He wasnt trying to hear me or understand my issue and what was going on. I am pissed because i got no help and no report, i am a man that pays alot of taxes for a officer to give me poor results and to dismiss my issue as if it was nothing important.
