The Cheesecake Factory

The wait was long as expected to sit inside the venue. The wait for us was 40 minutes which turned to be 2 hours. The waitress was very nice and patient. The food was excellent. Love their corn tamale appetizers. I wish I would have ordered 2 red velvet cheesecake to go. I am not big on dessert and it was my first time trying it. Loved it

Disappointed although I believe the waiters did give it their best effort. Went for a birthday celebration, and every starting going sour as soon as we were seated. We had no waiter until after 15-20 minutes, but once we ordered food everything seemed to be fine. the food was decent, large menu as expected from this chain, but service from their management team needs work.nnNow for the disappointment, a “wall of flies” next to our table. As we were finishing dinner we started to notice an increasing amount of flies near us, and after some quick investigation the wall next to us was covered by more than a dozen flies. That of itself was not the most disappointing feature albeit disgusting but rather managements response. After bringing up our issue with the waiter, whom recommended we speak with their manager, we still had to wait >15 minutes to discuss our issues.nnWe ended up speaking with one of the managers and their response was “we can move you, and we wipe things down”. By that time we were already done eating already and just wanted to leave, the manager offered no other concessions. I left with the impression that they did not intend to address the issue (or were already aware) and would likely have another customer sit at the same table the next time. I did not want to finish my cake, and also realized they no longer provide a complimentary cheesecake slice. Not planning to dine in again at this location, and would strongly consider coming to this chain for a birthday celebration.

Beautiful restaurant delicious efficient and fast.nI spent less than $400 excluding tip, for 5 people. Our server was nice and amazing she deserves every penny.nWe will come againnDesert was amazing

Worst CheeseCake Factory location ever! :(

Many of the team that I coached this Fall were here in New York for a regional race. We were shopping in the area and ate here. In all, there were none of us on a Friday night. We had to wait about an hour, but were taken care of. Mostly pasta was ordered since they were running the next day, but cheesecake was definitely enjoyed at the end. For $280, including the tip, that's typical for this place. Good pacing, good food, and good company.
