They offer Tons of knowledge and when you have plumbing problems, they will come on site and take care of you at a great price. I loved buying hardware from Alan and recently had service from them. I called around and they were right in line on price. Some other vendors were asking insane markups. The service was great. Always polite. I will have them back for everything plumbing.
