Great service and consistent food. The guy managing that day was very helpful and really cared about my satisfaction.nThe owner also is very responsive to all the comments here. Good or bad.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I just want to say that the owners of the Ramsey Jersey Mike's and the manager Allison are very kind , courteous, and generous people. I can't thank you enough for helping my family. The food was terrific. I highly recommend this location to everyone awesome people and cheesesteaks!!!! Thanks for everything.

Customer beware. I suggest being careful if you order on DoorDash. I ordered 2 of the same sandwich but both very different. Rather than check over the order and make sure it’s correct they just sent both sandwiches made one way. Wouldn’t have minded as much if I wasn’t allergic to mayo and it was on both sandwiches. Tried to get a credit on DoorDash and they offered me a $3 credit for an $8 sandwich.

Fair Lawn location is consistently good and the staff is always friendly. Use the app - so convenient. Also, restaurant is very COVID-19 safe.

Very disappointed with today's service. Placed an order and got there when it said it would be done. I waited there trying to get someone's attention for 20 minutes, and after someone finally answered me I asked them if my order was ready yet and they checked 2 of the 10 or so orders behind them and told me it was not ready. I waited another 20 minutes before I spoke up again and told them I ordered almost an hour ago. They checked again but this time they looked through each order and actually found it. It was one of the few orders sitting there before I even walked in and it seemed like if I didn't keep asking about it I would have never gotten it. So it seems like I had to wait 40 minutes because the staff couldn't be bothered to help.nLuckily the food was really good, so that made up for the poor service.nAll in all I would give the experience 3 stars (5 for the food, but -2 because of the service)
