Hi, Probably the first and one of the few times I will ever review service.nnCould not let the incredible customer service I received last night 11/10/20 from TJ in the Paint Dept. at the Ramsey Home DepotnnHe was extremely knowledgeable, informative without being overly sales guy and offered some great suggestions and insight without being pushy. Demonstrated the latest technology on paint colors and mixing.nnThoroughly knows his paint and seems to really enjoy helping people make the right choices and decisions. A pleasure to deal with and truly enjoys his job.

I went there to get help with flooring options and getting estimates. I was helped by Sharon. If you bring your room sizes she plugs info into the computer and you choose the product she can print you an estimate for whichever product you want. Satisfied with my visit

Great place to shop. Until you have to deal with customer service. I bought an appliance that hasn't been delivered yet a week ago. I went into the store to get a credit the same appliance is $75 cheaper. They refused to give me a credit for the difference. Rather than that they could only cancel my order and replace a new order and lose my delivery date to get one a month later. That's just absurd.nnI requested a manager. Rosanne was unable to help she was rude and very unprofessional.

IMO, this is the best Home Depot in tri-state. Staff goes above and beyond to assist customers. Special thanks to Betsy, Russel and Sr. Staff Member who assisted me in finding the products I am looking for, as well as educating me with purchasing the right tools to get my job done. Thanks!

Great selection, decent prices, staff usually helpful when around. I highly recommend using the Home Depot mobile app to search for the products you need. It will provide you with specific aisle/bay number for product location...Without this, you could spend countless hours wandering around aimlessly... The app also tells you stock on hand and in other store locations... Very helpful before making the trip...Good sales on flowers, plants, & shrubs during May/June...
