NW Sundance Services

I used this company for plumbing. My toilet was leaking and they took care of the issue that occurred when installed by another plumber 4 years prior. Jorge was personable and professional. I would recommend them. They also serviced my furnace a month ago and gave us some ideas on how to operate it more efficiently.

We have a home warranty that was ordered through American Home Shield they contract with NW Sundance Services. The gentleman who came over to the house was named Jeff. We have never experienced such horrible customer service ever. He lied to American Home Shield Warranty about what service he did and what he saw. He did not even look in our whirlpool tub and asked us for a manual on our shower. We are not plumbers that is why we asked for a professional but instead got a liar, a joker, and a scam artist. We called corporate hoping to get some sort of resolution and spoke with Ashley/Hailey,/Naomi who were worse than Jeff. They were very condescending, rude an unprofessional. She claims to be dispatcher and supervisor would not let me speak to a Manager. I plan to start a complaint with the CCB and as well will start one we feel for discriminatory as well. No one should ever use this company ever! They claim to be fair it is comical.

i have been without air conditioning for over a month. They have come out twice. Neither time it was fixed. In fact it was lied about that it was fixed the first time. I've had issues non-stop with their 'services'. I have 3 young children and it is severely effecting them. We also are in the smokey areas of Oregon. The system is a 1991. The 'replacement part' won't be available until an unknown tome due to covid. They have permission from my home warranty company to replace and even then, they haven't... they also put a leak sealant into my unit after pumping 3.1lbs into it.

After reading the plethora of negative reviews about NW Sundance and their home warranty repair work, I was very skeptical when this company was selected for my water heater repair by my home warranty company. Having already had a negative experience with a different contractor (and contractors in general) from a prior repair, I was fully mentally prepared for a no call/no show and to start fixing the problem myself. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Tyler called and showed up when they said they would, he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot! He even offered to fix another heating element that wasn't covered by the warranty for a reasonable and fair price. Thank you!

Jon from NW sundance did a great job in repairing our toilet. He was fast/ efficient as well as easy going and friendly. He communicated the exact issue with the equipment and 10 min later, it was fixed.
