Plumbing Concepts has irresponsible accounting practices which led to receiving a huge bill over two years after the work was completed. No proof of having sent this bill originally has been provided, though they sent all previous bills via email. The office person was rude, aggressive, and abusive when I called to request more information about the original invoice. Beware using a plumber who sends bills two+ years after the work is completed!
