Jersey Mike's Subs

My son loves Jersey Mikes subs! We aren’t allowed to get them anywhere else! The Wall store is great! Super friendly staff, it’s always clean and whenever I order ahead they always have it ready to go when I get there. #Best subs in town, hands down!

Just ordered... Didn't get what I asked for so they threw a tub at me.And I left. Ordered a #12 wet add bacon and extra mayo.. barely any mayo, and practically no o/v. Not wet.... it was not in a tub so they threw a tub at me... The sandwich is 20 bucks, the tub is like 8 bucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves... A loyal 20 year customer is now gone. Help was rude and disrespectful. Done with bad service. Ohhh cowards leave bad reviews I think unless they leave a name..nnYour ex loyal customer,nDan Barris

Ordered in advanced on the app but yet they didn't even make it even though I came into the store 10 minutes after the eta. The counter lady was a bit rude when I asked her about my order and didn't even tell me how many order were ahead. They just kept taking the in store orders. Recieved my order 24 minutes after it said it was supposed to be done and it was on the wrong bread, I also had to remind them of the chips I ordered. Wasted money and time. Called customer relations but that was also a waste of time.

This has been my go-to Jersey Mike's location for years but recently they have been really slipping. I'm not sure if it's COVID-related or not, but today they served me jalapenos that were wrinkled and bad on stale bread as I watched their staff PLACING DIRTY RECEIPTS in the middle of sandwiches (see attached photo). I understand and sympathize with the struggles of restaurants during this pandemic, but in no way should this ever be acceptable – ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. Hoping someone in management sees this and takes appropriate action at this location. I'm not trying to bash them unfairly since this is a tough situation for all businesses, but this is just plain wrong in any situation.

Overall I love Jersey Mikes but these guys took 20+ minutes over the time that the app had told me. I get that it’s lunchtime and that they’re busy, but either don’t take on that many orders or provide accurate wait times online.
