The sevice is fast & a really chill atmosphere. You could eat outside or inside & they good classic rock & roll. The food is absolutely delicious. The burgers are really big & filling & you can have made anyway you want them but the peanut butter shakes are the best if you have one you will be hooked they are unbelievably delicious. Everything I have ordered from is really good & always done the way you like it the first time. I highly recommend this restaurant

I had an online order here. I followed the signs and let them know that I was there to pick up my order. They announced that I was here and said it would be ready shortly. After watching 20+ people get their orders through the counter, and waiting 40 minutes I decided to see what was taking so long. They proceed to reach up on a shelf and grab my bag of burgers and say it’s been done, and that they need to make my fries. No apology, just cold greasy burgers. I will not be going here again. I can make a better burger; make it faster, and for less money. Shame on me for wanting to have a lazy day and let someone else do the cooking.

Best place in the world great food great service I recommend the bacon burger with the works and there fries oh and there milkshakes are to die for!!

Came to five guys today to treat myself for doing so well I got a cheeseburger and fries what I usually get. The fries were raw in the middle and the cheeseburger was so cold that the cheese was still cold and hot and melted. I tried asking for the manager and I was told manager was too busy so I threw away my food and came home. Will have to find a new burger place

I ordered one hot dog and one little fry. Numbers after mine with bigger orders were called. I watched the made-up bun sit there for 10 minutes then when the hot dog was put on the grill it wasn't turned until after a dozen new patties were put on, cooked, and then turned. Once the hog dog was done, it was put in a bag and sat for several more minutes with fries ready (as I asked about the order and fries were immediately put in the bag). While the food was good, a wait of 20-30 minutes was unreasonable.
