Corporate Subway is a complete joke and extremely unprofessional. Two Subway Stores in Milwaukie, Oregon owned by the same owner, Store 3645 - 15031 SE McLoughlin Blvd and Store 24556 – 10818-A, Oak Street owe me $383 for gift cards that I purchased at THEIR stores and they will not honor, because they admittingly have an i-phone application that does not merge their gift cards properly and despite that I have the physical cards and receipts, they refuse to refund me my $383 or provide me another card or cards with my original balances on them. This is complete FRAUD. Moreover, Corporate Subway refuse to provide the identity of the owners, as they claim they are “private companies” and cannot provide that information. I understand that $383 is chump change to both the franchise and franchisee, but to me, it is a lot of money, particularly given the current times. I feel this might be in retaliation of me pointing out to them that they have severe problems with fruit flies in both stores, acknowledge it but won’t do anything about it. Milwaukie Marketplace Subway and Oak Grove Subway are FRAUDS and Criminals! Milwaukie Marketplace Subway and Oak Grove Subway owns are FRAUDS and crooks.

Ordered for pick up through the app at this location 2 times and both times the orders were horribly wrong. The second time they insisted my order was someone else’s order. When you try to politely explain the situation you get a hostile, entitled teenager who can’t hold a conversation long enough to address a simple problem with a sandwich. Never going there again.

There’s a guy in this subway who has red dyed hair named Mcrae, who is super nice and helpful. He’s been like this consistently when I go there on lunch breaks and they are super busy. A lot of workers normally look just look like they just want to get off the clock when it’s busy like that, which is completely understandable, but this guy is always happy and helpful. He also showed a cashier how to ring something up when I had a difficult older with coupons and they were unsure how to do it, so ge appears pretty knowledgeable and competent as well. I’ve had his name saved on my notes in my phone for over two weeks now because I wanted to leave him a review, but I just kept forgetting. Over these two weeks, my opinion hasn’t changed, and my experience isn’t based off of one day, it is based off of a continual experience. The subway as a whole, I give a 5 star. I would give it 3.5 though if it wasn’t for Mcrae. I hope his managers read this and either give him a raise or promote him.

If I’m leaving a review, you have gone out of your way to provide horrible service. I’ll just start on the cleanliness of this specific establishment. I’ve been in cleaner bathrooms. It’s ironic you have a shirt on that’s says fresh when all I see is wilted lettuce and nasty looking left out everything. Honestly could’ve t add any veggies to the sandwich because they all looked terrible. Mind you all I was in at 830am when you think the store would be at its best. The drink station was sticky and stained with old soda. The lids had old juice on the tops of each size lid top. The floor was so sticky. I’m curious if y’all had stayed open all night and had a raging party!? My breakfast sandwich was cold! Man I’m not joking when I say this place was a nightmare! Will never be Back!
