I paid extra for Tire Dressing and hand cleaning after the automatic car was.... as the pictures show... they didn't clean the wheels, there white it isn't hard to see the dirt, especially the front tires since it has break dust the back are drum breaks so not has bad.. but seriously at least clean off the dirt. Oh well I'll keep searching for good car wash place in Portland, Oregon.

I will not go back.nI was so surprised to find out that the normal in-n-out cleaning I use to get every time I went, was now going to cost me $20. bucks extra just for the them to sanitize the car. I told the attendant my car does not need to be sanitize. I was told I had no choice. So for someone to vacuum your car it's $20. more. I have a bad back it's painful for me to bend to do it myself. So I bit the bullet this time because my car needed it badly. I also paid extra for them to do the tires. One side of the car looked great when I got home and walked to the other...the tires were barely done. I also don't understand why they need to close down the restrooms. You couldn't even get into the building. Don't expect to go to the website and try to get a hold of anyone because you can't. Lousy customer service. Washman is using covid19 to scam extra money out of their loyal customers....which I am no longer.

Very disappointed in Washman today. The price for inside/outside clean almost doubled, then totally understaffed. My car sat for 15 minutes before they started cleaning it, then only one person worked on it. Barely any cars there. Did not clean the wheel and threw the mats back in, crocked. Time to find a new full service car wash.

Took my 4 runner to get detailed. Ive never had a complaint here before... this time, most of the vehicle looked great, but they neglected to clean the area by the console.. there was dirt and debris left in the open space... otherwise, good job...
