Been coming here to get my ears lowered for the last 8 years. Manager then was the one who suggested changing my hair style and putting a permanent note in to save. Havent changed it since. Super easy for the ever changing staff. Cyber thumbs up

Employees are very friendly. Very clean and compliant with the Covid-19 rules. Not expensive.

Amazing customer service. Everyone there today was great to deal with and had a wonderful conversation.

Out of all the people who have cut my or my kids' hair at this location, I've only been happy with one or two. And they're not even there anymore. It seems like they go through many different workers, and there's always at least one super rude person working. I'm tired of being on edge and nervous every time I open the door to walk in....I never know what I'm gonna get. The price just isn't worth it to me anymore, and I'll be finding a good salon to get established with.

I asked for my bangs cut no higher than my eyebrows and they where way shorter than I wanted them and the woman cut a huge chunk way shorter then the rest so if I did have them trimmed again to make them even they would be like an inch long. I look like Lydia from beetlejuice. I could tell by the way the woman was cutting them she had no idea what she was doing.
