Great place to go explore. Good displays and information. Friendly volunteer. Warm bathrooms ( a plus in the winter at Island Beach State Park).

Its a must stop if you go to the park .very friendly not to big . The view is awesome and staff is knowledgeable
Watched the baby osprey in their nest. I love this state park. Lots to do and see. Some of the plants are only native to that park and not found anywhere else. Load up the car with lunch coolers or go to the snack bar. Showers let you rinse off before going to the boardwalk or for the drive home. Fishing in September and October off the beach or bau is outstanding.
Island Beach State Park is such a great calming and relaxing place. For one person or the whole family. You can come here and have a stress free day no matter what. Hearing and seeing the beautiful waves crashing against the sand. Seeing the amazing scenery.
