Timing and knowledge far exceeded any ordering experience I've had at Lowes or HD (will never suffer through ordering at those big stores again).nnYou'll get honest, old fashioned service here, without artificial pandering. Some people perceive that as grumpy; some people appreciate reality. As a RE investor, I'm the later.

Great prices on hard to find items

For many years this multi generations of family owned business has been consistently heads about others. Forget the home depot. These guys have everything you need for new work or finding a hard to replace items for older homes. I'll never go anywhere else unless I'm working far away and need something right then.

10 out of 10. The man behind the counter knew exactly what he was talking about and wasn't the least bit condescending given that I did not. This was the only store in the area that had the piece I needed. I will be coming here for all of my plumbing needs for now on.
