The people are nice but i didn't get the cut i wanted i told them to leave a specific peice alone and they started cutting that exact peice

Not so perfect... Didn't get the cut I was going for.. when I called for a appointment I was squeezed in late Saturday, when my hair cut was complete I was kinda rushed out, my hair was wet so couldn't really see the results . Sunday was father's day so I waited for Monday before I called to get an appointment to fix the cut, but no return call.. I wasn't asking for a free hair cut, I just wanted to get in to get the cut redone right... If possible but when you get no return response, To me that said; they don't care about giving any kind of customer service or they they feel they don't need or want new clients? Very disappointed.. I wouldn't recommend the Perfect Look .. bad service..
