Taco Bell

This Taco Bell had fast service but slightly sloppy maybe to compensate for time. I ordered a burrito supreme and a Baja blast. They offered sauce and put a good quantity in the bag although they forgot napkins. The burrito supreme only had sour cream at the end of the burrito and was not evenly distributed.

Terrible, and this location used to be very good(ate there a lot as a kid for many years). I have basically stopped getting fast food but still want some every couple months or so, I have gone here a couple times over the course of a year to usually see a sign in their drive thru around 10-11pm that they are closed due to staffing or some other reason.nnMy family decided to go there, and I asked for a chicken chalupa and the new beef burrito. The chicken was so hard I hurt my tooth biting into it. More than halfway through my burrito I only had rice and cheese in it... seriously? Never going here again.

To be clear, i Like Taco Bell a lot. order 1-2 a week when the mood hits me. This place gets my order incorrect so often that uber eats has started to think i am the culprit. being honest i did lean into the curve as I continued to order from there as I like most of their menu. so i didn't mind that much when they got something wrong as uber eats always refunded me for food i didn't order or didn't recieve. now they are not making ordering here a laibility. Love your food but 6 out of 10 orders are messed up.

Usually this Taco Bell is fantastic but I will never go to this location again. The service was terrible from the very beginning and the manager didn’t do anything about it. The team members claimed that when they stated “no” to me after ordering an item that the headset was on and they didn’t mean to say it towards me... If in fact your headset was accidentally on then you should have apologized from the get go instead of asking me to repeat what I said and then telling me that you have to refuse me service because I asked for them to show me better customer service. I even apologized that I was taking a long time to order food as everything I wanted to order was removed from the new menu... The team member was very rude from the beginning saying “we don’t have that hasn’t been on the menu for 2 months” or saying the total after literally everything I ordered but couldn’t order cause they didn’t have it. I stayed polite the whole time even when I asked if she can give me better customer service and explaining to her that I was not done ordering and would like something instead of the item I ordered. I didn’t even swear or raise my voice and I could have been a total Karen but wasn’t. I have never been treated with such disrespect anywhere.

Always so fresh and so tasty! My preferred location if it comes down to choosing.
