Burgerville

I love their fast food. Especially their burgers are always tasty and reasonable price. However there are some negative points they should improve. They make a mistake on order pretty frequently. Their waiting line is always long. The payment way is not smart. Recommend their management to experience McDonald's way once They wouldn't make a mistake on order, they are systematically/smartly running their operation.

Always like the burgers with gf bun.

Pretty sure I've reviewed Burgerville before, but they only seem to get better over time. I always stop by when I am in Oregon or Washington. You can get any of their burgers on a gluten free bun or lettuce wrapped. They also have dairy free options for their shakes now, and they have a fantastic turkey patty for non-beef eaters, and a black bean patty for vegetarians, which you can put on any sandwich they make. Highly recommend.

Professional and kind staff.

Customer service sucks. More bread than meat. I will not be going back, and I have been going to there for 40 years =(
