The price of their pizzas without a coupon is too expensive. $16.50 for a large veggie (& a Macy's size large for sure). I placed an online order for pickup and gave a tip. My pizza was waiting on the rack, but on the wrong style crust; I paid more for regular (unbeknownst to me until I asked why my order cost more than prices posted) and they gave me thin and I ordered no mushrooms, but alas it had mushrooms aplenty. They offered to remake it. The next one was also started on a thin crust, so she had to start over. Finally, the third try was my order. No offer for a coupon card or bread sticks or cookie dough. And they are closed tomorrow. Definitely disappointing.
Always lacks in toppings. They never put enough cheese on our pizza to even cover the sauce on the bottom.

I asked for no mixed onion on my pizza and I got onions on my pizza! The two ladies working were not the friendliest either.
I have never been so disappointed and irritated. I own a tree business and multiple local businesses and called in my order at 4:30pm and still at 6:20pm still no pizza. They gave my pizza away. I waited another 10 minutes and my order was still wrong. Multiple people came in and no problem. They disregarded me as a customer. I walked out. I have always used their service since 2005 with no problem until today and won’t be going back. Do disappointing and honestly if my employees treated our customers this way I would be embarrassed
