Top notch service, piping hot quality fast food, and COVID aware protocols. I appreciate how friendly the staff were to my family as we ordered through curbside. I was having trouble with online ordering system and they were helpful in getting our order-in. The sweet tea was fresh and just right for sweetness (not too sweet). It made one of my campers delight!
I’ve placed several delivery orders with Red Robin in Tualatin during the pandemic lock down. Tonight I tried their grilled chicken salad and an Oreo shake. The salad was huge and absolutely delicious and included fresh slices of avocado, black beans, several large pieces of grilled chicken. It was really very, very good. I was pleasantly surprised because I had it in my mind it might be a little cold or something. The driver got here really fast and everything was excellent. Even the times when I ordered a gourmet burger, they arrived still warm, no squishy buns, nice and fresh and just a ridiculously good burger. I appreciate that. Thank you!
After attempting to go to Cracker Barrel next door we ended up here due to a shorter wait. The server was nice enough and was helpful by bringing my wife an allergy menu. All of our fries were old and cold. My burger was black on one side where it was over cooked. Took forever to get out check once we asked for it. Took a manager to see us keep looking around to finally receive it. I think next time we will wait for next door.

I always love going to Red Robin! We didn't know what to expect since the restaurant had just reopened, but the staff & our server were wonderful & the food was delicious. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and they brought an ice cream sundae & even sang to her! Definitely a 5 Star experience!
