I had an appointment for Saturday with anticipated arrival between 8-8:30 am. We got up early to move furniture, prep for their arrival and get three kids out of the house for the day. I called the company at 10:15 as I had not heard from anyone. Apparently, their technician had called in sick and they could reschedule me for Friday (six days away). I asked if there was anything better that they could do. Not once did I ever get an apology or an offer of something that they could offer me. I asked repeatedly to talk to the owner to see if there was a better resolution and never got a returned call. I am horribly disappointed by my experience with this company.

Quentin and Rob were prompt, very communicative, professional team. I had both my carpets and hardwood done and I couldn’t be more pleased. We have pets ( cats) and our one feral kitty marked a few spots when we moved in. I could always smell faint wiffs of cat pee. Not anymore!!! Highly recommend their pet cleaning option if you have pets. And the water from the hardwood floor cleaning was just gross. I couldn’t believe they were bad! Just nasty.nAnyway, highly recommend sweets chem dry. Will use them again!

Great service. Very quick to come out and give an estimate. No pressure. Flexible scheduling. Everything turned out great! Had all carpets, one couch and a few throw rugs cleaned. We had one small issue with a throw rug but Sweets Chem Dry was quick to come pick it up and get it fixed right away.

Had an appointment scheduled a week ahead of time. Arrival window was to be between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Heard nothing from the company so I finally called at 12:15 p.m. only to be told that the job had been cancelled due to technician illness. No one bothered to contact me. It’s very frustrating when all furniture has been moved in preparation for the cleaning. I won’t be using them in the future.

Superior quality work. Also, saved a lot of money getting this completed before I moved my furniture in. Would continue to recommend.
