After two years of perfect service they have gone above and beyond.
This place is the best! I work in Tualatin but live in Portland. I will never have my clothes dry cleaned anywhere else. Great owners. Very friendly, quick turn around, and the prices are very reasonable. Keep it up!
I brought in 80 year old crocheted and embroidered white linens that I intend to frame. Though boxed, they were oxidized, highly creased, some stains (which the owner told me she wasn't certain would come out).nnAll came out excellent - bright white, stains removed, creases generally gone and not in difficult to hide.nnService was great. Thank you!
I had a wedding to attend and needed a rush dry clean for my suit. I dropped it off yesterday and they told me to come back at 5pm today.nWhen I arrived they did not have my suit ready at all. They did not mark it for rush and now I have to wait another two hours and I live in Portland. While this is frustrating, I didn’t even receive an apology or any type of sorry.nI won’t be coming back to this place.
I've gone to this dry cleaner for several years, and the service is great. The lady who works there is very pleasant and efficient, and my clothing always looks great after it's cleaned. This is by far the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. Thank you Aladdin Dry Cleaners!
