Brian's Waffle House

I wasted a solid 40 minutes. We waited to be seated which was fine but once seated we waited 20 more minutes with not so much as an offer of water. Also, most servers had their masks below their noses and they didn’t so much as wipe down the table before seating us. Under normal circumstances that is kind of gross but during covid this is really unacceptable.

Brian’s is always pretty good. I understand we’re in a a pandemic and things are funny right now. But today’s meal was god awful. Our server didn’t write our order down so a few minutes after she took it she had to come back and get it again. We never got our chocolate milk that was ordered. The pancakes didn’t have syrup with them and took asking twice to finally get the syrup. The eggs Benedict came on a raw English muffin which is disgusting. I would’ve told our sever about the raw English muffin but she wasn’t seen until she brought our check. When I asked her if they were typically toasted she said yes...but didn’t do anything about how mine came out and she could see that my meal wasn’t anywhere near being fully eaten. I served tables for years and mistakes happen but I would’ve taken that item off the bill or given some kind of discount. Oh well.

Always the perfect ending to our September shore trip. Fun atmosphere, great staff, great food, great prices!

This place is amazing, I go here for breakfast whenever I have the opportunity to. the atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable and clean. Service is great, I love the young faces. They are super nice and ready to do their job, very very friendly. Food is quick, delicious and plentiful, I had one of my favorite waffles here at Brian's. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The girl at the register, who takes the take out payment seriously needs to learn the fundamentals of customer service. Her attitude and lack of care destroys the whole experience from the place. Who ever manages this place teach this girl how to greet.
