My go to store

Yesterday I went to my local Home Depot in the quartermaster Plaza. I love Home Depot LOL. I could spend hours in there trying to figure out what everything does. I am very curious and learning how to fix something myself. I actually have a little tool box going on. But my experience yesterday in the customer service line was phenomenal. The cashier was very friendly as I was doing my Exchange. I truly appreciate the way this Home Depot always has safety platforms for short people who need to reach things in the back of the Shelf and cannot find a representative because they're busy helping other people. I can always find a stick and safely walk up three steps so I can reach something in the back where it shouldn't be. The only bad part is then I have to move other items to be able to reach it LOL double edged sword. Love this Home Depot and appreciate itud83dude01

I traveled to this store because the item that I needed was not available at any of the South Jersey Home Depot stores. The store was not busy but I could not get anyone to help me. I needed someone to get it off the top of the rack with a fork lift. Employees were standing around talking in a large group. As I walked toward them they quickly disappeared. I had a girl on the register call 5 times no one came. My daughter called on her cellphone, no one came. Finally after the 8th time someone called. After I waited more than 40 minutes a man wandered over. After he stopped to talk to a coworker. He told me that he didn't have the item. I told him that I called and also online it says that there are 6 in the store. He said he was going to get the forklift and disappeared for 15 minutes but finally returned with the item. I will never return to that store.

Frustrating, hard to find associates to help with finding items, range hoods are nowhere near appliances, filters for range hoods are nowhere near appliances or the range hoods.
