Eclipse Airbrush Tanning And Salon

I have been coming to Eclipse and seeing Amber for about 10 months now. She is AMAZING. She puts her clients first, listens to your wants and needs, and is very knowledgeable. She is very straight forward and transparent about her policies but she is also very understanding and empathetic. I find it hard to believe anyone has had a “bad experience” here unless they caused undesirable circumstances themselves. I will continue to be a loyal customer! Best place in Portland hands down!

Amber at Eclipse Airbrush is SUCH a sweetheart! She did my tan for my wedding and did an amazing job - it was the best spray tan I've ever received! She was thorough in the preparation and spray, and also gave me instructions for how to make it last. I would highly recommend getting your spray tan here!

I have never experienced such poor customer service at a local salon! Lady is very cold and rude. My daughter came down with 108 degree temperature after school so I called to cancel my appointment 5 hours before my 8pm time slot, an end of the day time slot that I am sure was not in high demand. I would have been happy to reschedule. The owner had absolutely no empathy or understanding and as soon as I hung up the phone she charged my card on file for the full amount! Bad buisiness for such a small community. Word gets around and I doubt her customer service and ability to relate to clients will allow this buisiness to sustain.

Eclipse tanning was a great experience...she is very friendly & experience in her profession.

I have used Eclipse tanning for my spray tans over the last two years… I always buy a package and use them whenever I have a special location. Amber does a terrific job of giving an even spray that is just the right color and even offers a quick dry method!!!
