I dont leave a lot of reviews but I had to because of 1 super great employee and 1 employee that was pretty bad.nnFirst the positive, Molly helped me find the perfect gift for my niecesnShe was super sweet and great! The other girl with her (didn't get ur name, had a russian accent, I'm pretty sure) was also wonderful. My nieces loved it. I would've rated 5 stars just based on these girls.nnThe not so great. I was browsing and had a few items in my hands. An employee asked me if I needed a basket. I said no. She kept watching me and walking by ( like she thought I was doing something sketchy) then demanded i used the basket. I came in and spent a decent amount of money, I didn't appreciate being made to feel like a shop lifter. Also they didn't have any birthday gifts for this month and didn't substitute it for anything or even look.

I love all the girls that work there, they are very helpful. You can walk in there and feel low about yourself and walk out feeling super good about yourself with a smile on your face. And that is awesome customer service. ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
