We placed an order for three sandwiches and also bought three sides when we came here I ordered a primo size sandwich. After calling them and realizing we got a small not only were they unapologetic but also had no problem having us drive all the way back take our small sandwich in exchange for the right one with no compensation. Can’t recommend this for anyone and definitely will not be returning. Horrendous customer service and to be honest the sandwich isn’t even that good. And overpriced

Good sandwich but should not take 20 minutes to be made. They told me it was a computer printing issue, but I was in a hurry and had to eat faster than I wanted.

Love the sandwiches but don't go there if your on a time crunch like your lunch break from work. No since of urgency to get customers taken care of in a timely manner. I will say that is normal for most locations of primo. Plan accordingly.

Just ordered an “Old Italian” and a tradition Italian today. They’re literally two of the best subs I’ve ever had. Absolutely fantastic. The bread was perfect and the ingredients were delicious. I’m a sub junkie, so I’ve had a TON in my life, but it’s been a long time since I had ones this good. A+

Food was good but the customer service from the girl at the counter was really bad. She was so rude and acted like everything I asked for was a huge problem. She also didn't wear her mask properly. I will never return here again. Completely unacceptable
