I catch the Paoli/Thorndale train there every weekday. The attendants there are very personable and always greet me. It's accessibility to my home is great!!!

The shelters on the platforms won't do a thing to protect you from the rain or wind. Barely any seating for more than a few people either. The steps up to the platforms are filthy and full of bird droppings, trash, and other questionable items that no SEPTA employees can clean up.nnBig tip: If you need to get a ticket to travel during major school breaks, get it well in advance or get it elsewhere in Philly or else you'll be waiting in line for a while. The line wraps the wall and up W Berks to 10th Street on that last day before breaks start.

Freezing Cold. The little shelters they built don't do anything because they are still wide open. Even the benches get wet in the rain and snow. No fare machines available. No food or drink in sight. No amenities whatsoever besides elevators that are often out of order. Not even a decent view, just a giant wall of empty condos that college students cannot afford.

I ride the train every few weekends to visit my girlfriend. The ride is nice and I have only had one conductor who made my ride unpleasant out off all of the trips I have taken so far. I'd give 5 stars except I consider it to be a bit expensive to get fare on the train since my home station doesn't have a fare office.
