Suburban Station

This is probably one of the largest train stations I’ve been to. It has an entire shopping center in it. The train station is very clean. I asked the Customer Service area a question and they were super helpful. The train cars are clean and have every other seat closed. The only negative is the audio for train arrivals was not too clear. If you follow the signs you will be fine.

2 stars at most, it is such a confusing station and not pleasant to be in, very gloomy and oddly empty.

I'll give it five stars when they clean up the place. Derelicts and young men high off of K2 are everywhere. Not to mention a group of men selling loose cigarettes at the top of the escalator. A real bummer to an otherwise pleasant commute.

Every time I’ve been there over the last 6 months none of the bathrooms have been open. How is that possible?

It's a shame that this station has a great underground walkway that will take you to broad and locust to the theaters and restaurants.nnBUT you must walk though a large public toilet ( this underground walkway) as it's used by the homeless as a public restroom .nThe smell is horrible you will get harassed for not change but dollars.nYou will see all thing people doing that should not be doing in public.nTHIS City has some of the greatest restaurants and nightlife around its ashame this is the first impression people see.nHopefully this can be changed ..nnA 52 year resident of this great city
