15/16th & Locust Street Station

What genius decided it was a good idea to block the ticket machines with a wall. I have a crazy idea, relocate them so they can be of use!!!

Smells of urine with no clean up crew. The trips are more expensive.

It's a train station. It isn't horrible but. It the most inviting either. Trains come and go, largely on schedule. The Patco trains are typically the old crappy, probably giving me legionnaires disease type. It's nice when the newer ones come around. With that said, still better than driving in traffic n

Good for getting to Joizy

May 2017 - 4 of us took our bicycles on the PATCO from Woodcrest to 15-16th and Locust. Avoided rush hour. The tricky part was finding the elevator from the concourse level to the street level. It is not the same elevator as the one from the train platform to the concourse level. Look for the exit to 15th street before exiting the PATCO gates.nThe handicapped accessible elevator on the street level is in a classic looking kiosk on the wide 15th St sidewalk outside the Fado Irish Pub. It's not noted on any maps we saw.nFrom that PATCO stop, it's not far to the Schuylkill River Trail which is great.
