Philadelphia Police 17th District

Captain ODonnell and his team. They walk the streets in summer with full vests and gear. They hold fundraisers with their own volunteer work to support children*s activities especially in summer when they most need engagement. They answer the phone everytime neighbors on my block call. Sometimes they have to direct us to 311 or 911 but the have to and the tracking helps ensure money comes tot he nhood.

Lazy and dont wanna do their job. I went to file a report they said i had to go to the police department where the incident happened. I asked where that was and the officer told me he didn't know. I called 911 the operator sent a officer out and he said 20th street was supposed to take my report and fax it to the correct station. Finally someone doing their job.

Don't bother calling 911. They won't come. Don't bother calling their direct line. They won't answer.

I left 2 MESSAGES for officer Sarpone whom apparently gave a random women 2 tickets for NO emissions & FAILURE TO CARRY A LICENSE. I got a notice in the mail for not responding to tickets that I didn't know I had since a random women in some man's car claiming to be a 50yr old suburban women and for an odd reason I'm allegedly sitting WAIT it's good. Yes at 29th and Dickson???? Why??? I want to know if this person had my id something because why would a cop in his right mind say oh no problem and give a women with NO License in a vehicle registered to some man I don't even know a ticket in MY NAME.nAfter hours on the phone trying to get a hold of majestic court to find out who issued these tickets. I tried contacting the officer to find out if this person had some form of my identity. NO RETURN CALLS. These are the police's protecting your city . I'm sorry! Thank God I live in the country. I also have to take a day off of work to spend a FULL day , I'm sure in Philly court to appeal these tickets on top of worrying if someone STOLE my identity and i can't get a return phone call. So SAD !!!

If I am ever on a jury, I shall acquit all defendants if the only evidence against them is the testimony of a Philadelphia police officer. It is not that I want criminals to walk, but rather that Philly cops are themselves lying criminal scum who cannot be believed. Anyone who watches television news reports knows what I am talking about.
