PrimoHoagies

I ordered 4 hoagies from here on August 21st and i must day this location did not live up to the Primos standard I have come to expect. All of the hoagies were light on the meat and heavy on the mayo. There was only meat on one side of the hoagie and it wasn’t even whole slices but rather crumpled pieces of lunch meat.nnIf I could give this location zero stars I would. I’ve had better, meatier most satisfying and filling hoagies from WaWa

On to the next one, this was my final Philly cheesesteak experience during my trip to Philadelphia. I am happy that I came here because this was the best Philly cheesesteak I had!nnThe cheesesteak I ordered was topped with provolone cheese and fired onions. I loved the sesame seed hoagie bun! It was fresh and toasted; it had the perfect crunch to it with every bite. The provolone cheese was all over, but it was all over in a good way. There was an even amount of cheese distributed throughout all 10” of the sandwich. The fried onions were cooked at a not so super crunchy state. I was incredibly happy that the fried onions were cooked better because the three other places I went to lightly cooked their fried onions at a crunchy state. I was beginning to think that was the norm. But PrimoHoagies cooked them just the way I like it!nnPrimoHoagies also has exceptional customer service! I was hugely impressed with how kind the cashier and cook were to me. Both ladies Both ladies greeted me as I walked into the restaurant. Both were helpful with the menu. They did not try to rush me into ordering. They were both respectful and treated me right, and I appreciate that.nnBecause of both the delicious cheesesteak and the exceptional customer service here, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The next time I am in Philadelphia, I will be sure to come here again. Thank you.

Initially only left the 4 star review, I see they have responded to the review and I think it's only fair I elaborate.nnI ordered a standard Steak and Cheese in a low-carb wrap. The gal at the counter seemed relatively new and needed a little better knowledge of the menu, not that she won't gain it with time, she was friendly, as was everyone that worked there. A little more training could have saved some time at the counter and produced a better customer experience. The wrap was very good and fair priced. I enjoyed it.
