I should have sent this long ago!nWe started our kitchen remodel in December. I knew the kitchen bridge faucet I wanted but could not find anywhere. After weeks of searching, we happened to drive by Grove Supply and stopped in. We did not realize that appointments were suggested, so we offered to make an appointment and come back. Thomas, who helped us, could not have been more helpful! It was close to their closing time and he said they were not too busy. Right there in the showroom was exactly the faucet we were looking for and was available in the most beautiful brushed satin bronze finish! Perfect! It was a special order so we expected it to arrivenin 8 - 12 weeks. It arrived in 6 weeks! Wonderful! Our kitchen remodel began in mid-December and took 3 months. We'll still waiting for cabinet hardware, ordered in early December!!! The easiest part of our remodel was the faucet, thanks to kind folks at Grove Supply. We will be using them for our bathroom remodel, for certain. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The worst customer service made me wait one hour and a half and I missed an inspection because of them.. made me jump through all these hoops to send credit card TO TELL ME THEY COULD PROCESS THE CARD BECAUSE THEY RAN IT THREE TIME COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!
