Excellent company!! I rent equipment for my business and gave VHR a try once instead of the big national groups. Steve was very accommodating and they had awesome prices. They worked around my tight schedules flawlessly and even made it work when some unforeseen circumstances came up. I will certainly taking my business here from now on.

You charged me full price for 4hrs on a machine that didn't work more than 20 minutes. We used you only because HD didn't have in. If you had hr meter on unit you would see. I'm sure you get scammed sometimes. Unfortunately you scammed us this time. Hope it was worth it as we won't be using for anything again. Bottom line SERVICE YOUR TOOLS PROPERLY. Spent 2hrs picking up and dropping off machine. You should be paying me. This review is for VHR w.berlin.

Everything you need in tool rental. Cheaper than depot. Rent cash or credit.Guys are cool helpful and fast . Rented a pressure washer. Took all of about 4 minutes. Guys aren't as cool if u try to power wash them.

Good experience dealing with the guys over in West Berlin. Equipment was malfunctioning and the guys sent a tech out to give me a hand...A couple of things on the machines end and they took care of business for me in a lot of different ways. Super attentive to my needs as a customer
