Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Absolutely love the banzai burger. Went today with my family and Nick was our server. He was totally on point and very cool. Manager stopped and seemed like he cares. Very awesome experience and we will go back. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were excellent and BOTTOMLESS.

Made it convenient to comply with the COVID-19 requirements.

Have not been here since the pandemic. Was very surprised that they did not take anyone's temperature at the entrance. Tables were properly social distanced. The waiter took my order and that was the last I saw of him. A female brought out my drink (I believe they're called runners?) Another female brought out my food. The waiter never stopped back to my table to see if I was good. I could have used more napkins and was considering dessert. The burger and onion rings were very good, but the lack of service really downgraded my review. I even had to have one of the girls track him down so I could pay my check. It wasn't like they were very busy which might have explained the inattentiveness of my waiter.

It was good to be seated and served with awesome kindness, i will be coming here again. Also, great food.
