Our stay at the East Beaverton location was great. Pat was flexible and easy to work with. The location was great for public transportation and close to store, restaurants, and even schools. The apartment as clean and had all the comforts of home. Highly recommend using Corporate Housing America for business or vacation travel

Terrible experience. This old house is divided into I believe 4 units with one thermostat. The people downstairs dictated the heat, and it was going full blast during the day when it was 80+ degrees outside. I finally taped plastic bags over the vents. Pat (the owner) required 3-4 voicemails to return calls. The 'checkout instructions' email was so strongly worded, I felt almost insulted. It took a month to receive my deposit back ($800) for a month stay. There are a bunch of fees as well. This place is very over priced as well. The grounds are not well kept and I had to ask multiple times for the grass to be cut so my dog could find her way around. I cannot recommend enough that you stay somewhere else. Oh and the street running in front of the house is so loud, good luck ever getting any sleep. Semi trucks going by 20 feet away at 50+ miles an hour, in a house that is 70 years old (just a guess) is not very peaceful.

Pat Zirkle has to be one of the most understanding, flexible and compassionate people I've come accross. Very communitive and super accommodating. I love staying in one of the apartments she has to offer, it is very cozy and other tenants are always polite and friendly. I have two small children and feel very safe in the location we are staying. I highly recommend Pat and Corporate Housing America to everyone I know needing a vacation stay, temporary housing or anyone who may be traveling for work(: Couldn't be happier!!

❌Google reviews are biased, Google edits reviews and deletes photos that are totally appropriate to the review.❌nMy photos of this dirty apartment was deleted by Google they continuously are biased and people cannot leave a true review.nnThe 2br 2ba downstairs apartment at Canyon Park could of been better cleaned and some routine maintenance for the money they charge.nThe management of this company could be a little more ethical and honest it goes a long way. I will update this when I get my full deposit returned. Which is a downside you have to wait up to a month.nnThe apartment was furnished not to badly but could update somethings. The apartment complex was quiet that's a plus and good location.nOverall OK if you really are in a bind and need temp housing but it's pricey. $600 a week.nThey charge a $100 non refundable cleaning deposit and expect you to clean the apartment, do laundry and fold everything, take out trash and a lot of other expectations or you will be charged. That's super unfair, I have no problem picking up after my self but dont rip people off with a fee like that.

If all you care about is being ripped off by PAT ZIRKLE --OWNER (Real thief - big time) and living close to the guetto then this is the place for you! Like others have said don't waste your money here!nShe will stole from you!nLate to review them BUT Run away from these people! I rented a one bed room from them for my parents for &2500 for a month paid all in advance! The unit in Beaverton has ROACHES and they do anything to fix this issue but of course she had the nerve to get our money! It was one of the worst experience we ever had as a family. You should avoid them by all means!nnPAT ZIRKLE - BURN ON HELLnn.
