Went through the drive through to get some food and asked for an iced coffee, they gave me a hot the lid proceeded to pop open spill all over me and left a burn on my hand (photos attached) . Please ensure lid is closed fully. I’d hate for this to happen to someone elderly or anyone else it is VERY painful currently and sensitive to the touch. I’m hoping I do not have to visit the hospital.Not to mention the person who took my order seemed impatient and not the friendliest.
ud83dudd25 service. Best customer service of any fast food restaurant in the area. Also the cleanest. Only fast food joint practicing safe food handling methods (that i can tell). A+ Service, hands down.
We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve! Great food and place, but good customer service is important!
The food has gotten so much better. They are fast, good and not extremely expensive.
