Tooth Soap®'s original facility was located in this business park. Out of the four different locations we've had in the last 17 years, this one is still my favorite.

Easy to get to!

We have had our business here for going on 5 years, and wouldn't think of moving (unless management changed;)! A nice, clean park that actually makes sure that the tenants follow the rules to ensure that it stays that way. The manager is the best- very professional, but down to earth as well. We can only assume that the folks leaving less than desirable reviews may have other issues. Namaste, haters:)

I have been a tenant here for years and this is a great business park.nThe park manager is very nice and get things done,.If you follow the rules of the park you will not have an issue with management.Those that try and bend the rules are the problem! Clean ,well kept business park I would recommend.

I am a current tenant at red soils. I have leased commercial spaces from 6 different companies over our 30 years of owning small businesses. This property manager is the most controlling, contrary, antagonist and overly emotional property manager I've ever dealt with. We follow all of the Rules and have tried hard to get along with him. I have a hard time believing anyone who has interaction with him says that he is professional and nice.nThis has not been our experience from day one.
