I think that Patterson Plumbing does a great job, and have worked with them multiple times. Had they not ecommended Dry Time Restoration. I would have rated as 5 stars.

Super expediant and did a great job on the repair addenda punch list I had. Found reasonable solutions with out pushing major repairs. Nice to see someone rebuilt an old hose bib by replacing a $0.14 rubber O ring rather than the expense of replacing the whole valve. Highly recommended.

Needed a drain connected to the sink, nothing fancy. It was a bar sink. I was charged for 1 hour of drive time even though they said they could work me in because they were near by and getting done with another job early. I was charged $53 for 7 inches of pipe and 2 water supply lines. Parts would have been under $15 at Home depot. Long story short he was in the house less than an hour and near by. They told me they were only charging me for 30 minutes of drive time $74. I should be happy. I'm not, total job $275. I should have been a plumber.

These guys were awesome! I had a leak and the water shut off on a Sunday night. They fit me into the schedule on Monday and sent a great plumber (Bob). He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Kim in the office was also very helpful.

Kim was pleasantly efficient handling service/appointments. Tim and Jake were skilled, professional and always ready to answer our questions. We were spoiled from A to Z by this outstanding team...
