They were jamming hard and wouldn't wait on us. They literally went to the back and didn't come back. Not sure why. We ordered a simple wrap and the girl didn't know how to make it because she was new and I said it's all good. She walked off. I thought she went to go get her fellow colleague who walked off when we came in, but after an awkward wait, we left. Normally, subway is fine. This was just weird.

The staff was amazing very professional and clean super friendly. I was very impressed! Way to go Subway in Belen!

No stars is what is needed here. Purchased a sandwich and teryaki protein bowl only to be served rotten spinach. Tried to get my money back and wouldn't refund my protein bowl because I didn't bring the sandwich back with me. Nothing wrong with the sandwich the protein bowl consisted of rotten spinach cold chicken and dried out cheese. There was no veggies or anything in the bowl. Asked for the chicken and cheese to be heated and get this bowl that looked spoiled from a week ago. The guy working refused to give his name or refund my money. Refused to give the managers name as well. He could have refunded my money or at the least make me something else. You can't serve people spoiled food!!! Never will go here again. Same thing with their lettuce. It's always brown. And spinach shouldn't be slimy with wilt. This was around 12 p.m. on a Thursday. So there were barely opening for the day. No reason for this at all.
