Long John Silver's

Been here twice recently and both times weren't great. First time, they forgot my chicken in my fish, chicken, shrimp platter. The last time, they were out of sweet and sour, which I told the guy I needed while ordering. When I received my order, I asked for it again and was told they were out. If he had told me that when I asked during my order, I wouldn't have ordered and went somewhere else, as dry fish and chicken aren't my idea of a good lunch. I had also ordered the smothered cheesy fries as a side, but got regular fries, instead. Not a good experience either time and I won't be back anytime soon, if ever, even though I usually enjoy Long John Silvers, if I'm eating fast foods. The employees were also rather rude and unhelpful as well, especially yesterday 11/20/20.

I get a lot of soggy burgers from here, fish is delicious though. I've also had bad customer service from the employees. Overall if passing through would be a decent meal

I have never been a fan of Long John Silvers, but I was out voted. I'm giving it 3 stars because the others in my group enjoyed their food a whole lot. I ate a chicken plank, some fries and a hush puppy. The food never changes, still too much grease for me. Sorry Long John Silvers.

The fish and chicken were way over cooked. The chicken was so tough and dry. The cole slaw was spoiled. The only good thing was the employee at the window! We were on the highway and couldn't turn around I was so upset!!

Ice cream is great but I waited over 25 minutes for cold French fries. :(
