Barrington Police Department

March 9th approximately 9:30 at night me and my wife were walking along at after a romantic dinner and we were stop i was searched .Near close to Atlantic Avenue for no reason for nothing I was detained after not finding any warrants there was a ticket that I didn't pay 13 years ago that's walking while black. Barrington police officer still remain that old good old boy attitude towards people of color. We are homeowners and do not deserve to be keep being treated that way

40 years ago police presence dissuaded me from being a resident. Passing thru at times, I receive joy of how nice to live in those surroundings, BUT there is a police department. Sounds like I am Al Capone, huh!?

Best police in a community I've lived in. Each officer truly cares about the people of the community. I'm very proud of the work they do!
