Ojalá Chicken & Tacos

The food is heavenly!!! We tried tacos and the chicken sandwich,the food was truly excellent. Fresh, bright, tasty.We plan to eat there frequently. Best fried chicken better than any other places!

On July 25, I placed a very large order for my family, excited to see a new business (to us) with what looked like good food. The order was late, but what was more disappointing was the order was all messed up. The food was incorrect, they left off some things, and replaced one thing with another with no explanation. When I called, one of the managers was extremely apologetic, very kind and said that the next order would be on the restaurant. I wrote down her name, and we discussed very specifically that we would have to go there to pick it up since the issue was not with the delivery service, but with the restaurant. I was so impressed with the fact that they took responsibility without any pushback.nnToday I called to say we wanted to take advantage of the free meal, they told me, sure just come in and place the order. My husband just went and spent time at the restaurant arguing with a person who said they couldn’t make good on that promise. I called again to try to speak to the same person I spoke with 30 mins ago, and guess what, the phone rang and rang and rang and nobody picked it up.nnI know I sound like a Karen, but this kind of bad faith customer service is just not cool. The food was OK when we had it, but I am very disappointed in the experience overall.

The chicken sandwich was so juicy and the crisp was right on. The chicken was larger than the bread, there wasn't a lot of extra like salad on the sandwich and I want another one asap. I've never tried the other store chicken sandwich and that's okay. I'm excited about the choice I made for a reasonable price. The wait was reasonable also, considering everything was actually made when I ordered.

Love the fish tacos! Fresh and so good. 1st time getting the chicken tacos and will get them again
