Nobody ever answers the phone???

I've rented the Lowe's truck at this location before with little to no issue. Today I tried to book it a couple hours in advance, but had no luck getting through to customer service over the phone. I called 3-4 different times with no luck. Finally made the trek down and stood in line to try and have a conversation in person, only to be told the truck can't be rented past 6pm. Ok, you know what would have made things a lot easier? If you answered your phone line like, ever.

Store was neat and orderly. Was able to find what I was looking for in locations listed online.

Placed an online order for some door knobs and a threshold tile. Over 24 hours and it's still not ready to pickup. I arrived at the store thinking it would be ready after such a long time. I decided to go to the aisles and grab the items myself. Good luck trying to get through to the customer service line. It just cycles you back to the main menu.

Online says they have items they don't so I wasted 2 hours and 2 gallons of gas :(
