It's Taco Bell...just what is expected!
Very courteous employees. Replaced my meal immediately when I drove back and told them they gave me the wrong order. Excellent customer service.
Rice is never done burritos are wrapped incorrectly orders are always wrong and the burritos are half full every time I go to this location it’s ridiculous.
Pretty typical food quality, although faster drive through service than most other Taco Bells (almost on par with Chick-fil-A).
My partner and I love this location! The service is prompt and friendly. And when it can't be prompt (because life does happen) the staff is courteous and patient.nnYesterday the manager Kali(hi, we're the plain taco shell peeps) went above and beyond and not only handled our problem but did so with a smile while in the middle of a rush. The mostly young staff there is always working hard and always nice. We love our Gladstone Taco Bell!!
