ordered via the app.. which says curbside pickup only.. ordered, drove down, checked in on the app....... waited 23 mins, tried calling no answer..... I walked into the store where the rude girl said that she can't do curbside. When I told her the app said curbside only she said, I don't run the app. I said well I called and no one answered. She rolled her eyes and said I don't have time for that Karen... I wasn't being rude maybe upset that I could have had my food 20 mins ago and be home eating it. instead I got ice cold steak and cheese sandwich and called a Karen.

My girl just went in at a little after 11:00 today 9/23/20 the manager was there and very rude and was yelling at the customer because the sandwich was made wrong. Her fault not the customer. The store number is store number 10333 in Gladstone. There was another lady in the store who heard the whole thing. She gave the store manager a peice of her mind and walked out without buying a thing. Thats how bad they treat their customers. Bad day or not you shouldn't be managing anything. Go find a job that suites you

Good location. Have $5 footlongs now. Really a good deal

Manager not enforcing mask wearing, but honestly that was the least problematic part of the experience. They talk about a 10 person maximum but there were 8 people in line plus several people dining and employees working in the dining room. Needless to say it made social distancing next to impossible with a foot separating customers. The manager was in the front of the store not wearing a mask until walking to the back.

I went a few days ago and they had basically nothing. no turkey meat, no chicken, half the veggies were out and the ones they did have were old looking. I had an online order too. Will never go back.
