Taco Bell

The food here is good, and the staff is polite, but drive through at this location is rough. The staff has made some attempts to reduce wait time recently but I feel like they're not quite seeing the issue. The problem is that they will have a customer who orders a ton of food and it will take them 30 minutes or longer to fill the order. Every other customer is stuck waiting however long it takes because the drive through here is an automobile prison with no escape path. If they would just have the people with large orders park out front and wait and move the smaller orders through quickly the issue would be resolved. Simple. Instead they are now paying people to stand outside and take orders when they have a system to do that already. And still the wait was 30+ minutes if there are only 5 cars in line and one of them has an order that will take 45 minutes to fill what has changed with this method. And now they have you give them your initials with the order????? They are still taking order first come and nothing has changed about the line issue so what exactly is the point of the initials?? Sooo confusing

I'm not sure why but since the whole pandemic has happen, this Taco Bell can't get your order right and portion size is smaller. Twice in the last month I order once from online to order in drive thru and they at the screen has the right order. Once I open the sealed bag only to find items missing or replace with something not ordered.nThen price to portion size is not worth it anymore for me. I will go to the local taco truck for a better tasting and portion size for my money.

Order is always wrong, this time order 3 soft tacos no lettuce add nacho cheese. I got 3 soft tacos with nothing but shredded cheese in it. Tried to call them but they took their phones off the hook.

Purchased 24 tacos, 8 burritos and a nacho bell grande....got home to find we had 10 packets of taco sauce... Really? Still giving 4 stars because the food was very fresh but it should be standard operating procedure to atleast give 1 packet of sauce per item ordered (2 would be better).

Good but since they changed their menu, and gotten rid of the shredded chicken burrito , we don't go anymore
