Really wish they would make up their minds on if they honor a buy 1 get one or buy 2 get one free in store. It's very frustrating. On the plus side, the sandwiches always taste good and fresh at this location and they don't skimp on the veggies like other stores do.

Sub way is an amazing healthy alternative to fast food. It is clean quick and delicious. And because you get to chose your own food there is always something for everyone in the family!

I deliver DoorDash and picked up a order at the store last night and the person making the sandwiches had not made the one for my delivery order which was going being delivered to an assisted living place in West Linn. The person making the sandwiches brought out another DoorDashers order they were picking up. He was wearing gloves and touch the door handle going out when opening the door and went out and handed the order to the DoorDashers. Then was petting a homeless person's dog. He then pulled the door open went back in was touching his face. On top of it he didn't have his face covering over his face. Then proceeded to make the customers sandwiches without changing his gloves after he had just touched all those things. Every time they do something else besides making the food they should be putting on new gloves. I called the customer and told them what had went on and sent them pictures of him wearing a face mask which is unacceptable during Covid! Any of your customers wanting to go get Subway should think twice before going to the store! I have pictures to prove that he was not wearing a face mask and even shows him touching his face with the gloves he had on his hand when he's making people's sandwiches! Doesn't make me want to go eat Subway! Gross!!!! I have tried to call the store manager but every time I called the phone just disconnects me!!! This store should be shut down!!! Wish I could attach the pictures to this review! If you do go here please make sure the person puts on clean gloves before they make your sandwich!!!! By the way this was like at 2:30 in the morning! So whoever was working probably works late nights! Just wanted to share this! Do not order from this location if you order from any of the food delivery services such as DoorDash!

Kept there cool during busy times food was gr8!!

If you eat at subway, do not use the drive through. The sandwich wasn't toasted, the spinach was close to slimy, the tomatoes had gone bad, and they lied about a certain kind of chips being discontinued. Chips where not discontinued they had them on the shelf when I pulled up and I could see them. Was an odd experience for sure. Definitely go in, don't use drive up.
