Milkshake from Oregon berries are their best. Overpriced menu.

I love Burgerville for many reasons but it’s been a lifetime of cold burgers. Why, burgerville? Why? You need more heat? It sucks to leave the drive through and have to go home and microwave what should be fresh, hot food. Seriously, I’d say over the past 45 years I’ve gotten cold burgers 50-60% of the time.

We ordered 2 cheese burger with grilled onions and fries. One burger came with no grilled, the other came with just a couple of grilled onions but no cheese. Very dry hamburgers. And French fries were awful. McDonald's has better burgers. We will never go back again.

Came through around 8 PM tonight and ordered 3 burgers- one plain cheeseburger, a Tillamook burger and a pepper burger.nGot home to realize they gave an extra plain cheeseburger but not my pepper burger. This was also noted on the receipt.nI called and explained and their response was “Our receipt shows you got your burger and weren’t charged for it. Nothing we can do.”nI wanted my pepper burger. Thanks Burgerville. Won’t be back to this location.
