I have used a few different carpet cleaning companies over the years, and I can attest, A-Steam is one of the top ones. We have had Scott clean our personal residence a few times and also at our place of business. He has been great to work with, does high quality work and is very dependable. The carpets, rugs and furniture look great, smell great and are clean! If there were any deep stains, he was very clear on setting expectations for how the results may turn out, even though he gets the stains removed. I highly recommend using him.
I had the carpet in my house done following a flood. The cleaner was very pleasant & a hard worker. He cleaned the carpet in my entire house and it looks like new even though it is 22 years old. I would definitely use them again!!
Called twice no call back. I don't know about there service. It says open on Sundays but they are not
We have had A-Steam clean our carpets several times and each time the job has been superb, with results far above what we expected. The owner, Scott Byer, does all the work himself and is very thorough as well as being very careful moving the furniture, wiping up drips, etc. His equipment is the best available and clean..... something that isn't always the case with carpet cleaners. Additional treatments are available, but unlike many companies, A-Steam is more concerned about getting your carpet clean.
A-Steam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is nothing but professional. We purchased a bed & breakfast with white carpet and terrible stains. Called A-Steam in a panic, wanting to open our doors immediately. They were down the next day, cleaning our carpets. Carpets are beautiful! All due to their quick response, we were able to open our doors with no delay. Thank you A-Steam!
